Results of the Salary Differentials System for the Year 2024 Announced at AzUAC


Results of the salary differentials system for the year 2024 have been announced at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC).

The University’s Strategic Planning Department, together with the Quality Assurance and Monitoring Center, has implemented the objective and transparent evaluation of teachers based on specific criteria. Evaluation was conducted in two categories (A and B). The pedagogical staff’s service activities were evaluated by the commission in the direction of science and teaching.

This year, 37 teachers joined the internal evaluation process. Of these, 26 teachers were successful. Teachers evaluated in category A received an additional 300 manats to their salaries, while teachers evaluated in category B received an additional 200 manats.

Compared to last year, the academic staff’s application of the differential salary system has been higher this year.

It should be noted that the main purpose of implementing the system is to stimulate the scientific and pedagogical activities of the academic staff in the direction of the university’s development goals through differentiation of their salaries.
