Strategic Planning Department

On October 24, 2013 President of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved the “State Strategy for the Development of Education in the Republic of Azerbaijan” by the Order No. 13. In order to build a competitive education system strategic goals and measures have been identified in the State Strategy in accordance with the development concept and best international practices of Azerbaijan. In this regard, in January 2014 the "Strategic Planning" department was established at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction. The main tasks of the department are to prepare proposals on innovative systems in education, develop university-business partnership, act as a bridge between teachers and students, expand strategic cooperation with government agencies, industries and business, to restructure this cooperation in accordance with the strategy and other key tasks.
