Our Students on Excursion to AzerGold's Wheat Germ Processing Facility

The students of Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC) who won a competition organized by “AzerGold” JSC were taken on an excursion to the Chovdar Ore Processing Area of “AzerGold” CJSC.

The purpose of the excursion was to inform the students about the activities of the Chovdar ore processing area, starting with an introduction to safety rules. During the tour, led by Zaka Talibov, the Chief Engineer of the Repair-Construction and Energy Department of the mentioned company, the students were provided with detailed information about the Chovdar ore deposit. They also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the production process, observe the extraction and processing of precious metals, and learn about the principles of operation of the laboratory.

It is worth noting that, based on the activity plan signed between “AzerGold“ JSC and Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction in 2019, a competition was organized by the company among 15 students of the university. The topic of the competition was "Drawing a road for vehicles from the lower part of the existing conveyor line in “AzerGold” JSC's Chovdar Ore Processing Area. Among the participants from AzUAC, two undergraduate students from the Faculty of Transportation, Eljan Suleymanli and Nurlan Bakhishov, and one graduate student from the Graduate Center, Elmir Asgarov, became winners.
