Description of Land Structure, Land and Urban Cadastre
In order to better understand the concept of land management, the concept of land must be discussed first. Land management must come up with a system that will support the growing population and ensure the efficient use of land resources. The creation of new settlements, protection of water basins and wetlands, development of social and technical infrastructure are important factors to prevent the destruction of the natural environment.
Cadastre is a universal concept, defined as the work of official mapping and systematic recording of all types of land and property, territories, borders, values. The word "cadastre" means a list (table) compiled by official bodies.
The city acts as a multifaceted social organism in the life of society, as a complex economic-geographical, architectural and engineering construction, as well as a cultural complex.
Students with a Master's degree in land management, land and urban cadastre, acquire skills such as project writing, mapping, experimental research (land and urban cadastre, land monitoring, conducting and organizing research on land valuation), creation and application of cadastral information systems.
