Scientific-practical JOURNAL

 

 

Scientific and practical journal «urbanizm» is the periodical, and the founders and creators of the journal are the Society of Urbanists of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University, the International Association for Urbanists of the Silk Way Countries, the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan and the International Architecture Academy of the East Countries.

 Editorial Council of the journal includes well-known Azerbaijan architects and scientists. The basic criterion of selection of articles for the publication in the journal - their high scientific level, defining by highly skilled reviewers.

Journal is included into the list of leading licensed scientific magazines and editions in which the basic scientific results of dissertations and researches are published.

Periodic scientific and practical journal «Urbanizm» is published at the Society of Urbanists of Azerbaijan which is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Scientific edition has International Standard Serial Number (İSSN 1811-6582), received in Paris (France).

URBANIZM journal has been awarded by the Diploma of the First degree of Inter-regional Public Organization of Assistance to Architectural Education (IPOAAE) at the International Competition of publications of Architectural schools which took place in the Saratov city on September, 2009.

From the beginning  of issuing  of URBANIZM journal (since 2001), more than 300 articles on pressing questions of modern architecture and urban planning, the theory and history of architecture, landscape architecture and ecology, design and advertising have been published . Up today, 15 authors of articles have received scientific degrees and ranks, that filled up numbers of talented scientists. Among authors of publications there are about 30 representatives of the different countries and world continents, including India, Iran, Turkey, Russia, France, USA, Canada, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Madagascar, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.
