LATVIA. According to the existing agrrement between the Ministries of Education of Azerbaijan Republic and Latvia the Latvian government announces scholarship programs for students and staff of Azerbaijan Higher Educational Institutions for education, research and summer schools.

According to the agreement between the ministries of education of Azerbaijan and Estonia, Estonian government announces a scholarship program for Azerbaijani students. It is announced the program of Copernicus scholarship. Copernicus is a registered student society, that offers every semester about 12 fellowships to undergraduate students from Eastern Europe and Central Asia in the fields of law sciences, economic sciences and social sciences.
