Construction

History and mission. First, Azerbaijan Construction Faculty was established within Baku Polytechnic Institute in 1920. In 1930-34 it was functioning as an independent Institute of Architecture and Construction. In 1934-51 it was included into Azerbaijan Industrial Institute.  From 1951 to 1975 it was functioning within Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute, and in 1975 it became the leading faculty of Azerbaijan Engineering and Construction University. Specialists in the field of construction engineering, industrial and civil engineering, municipal and administrative construction and economy, management and expertise of real estate are trained at this faculty.

Study at the faculty. School-leavers, who are willing to enter the faculty, have to take part in entrance exams held by the State Students Admittance Committee. The study at the faculty is provided in Azeri, Russian and English (Dual diploma with Istanbul Technical University ) languages.
